Job description
We, AVENDIS, are currently looking for reinforcement for our Fieldservice Team through an IT-Fieldservice Techniker (m/w/d) in Oberkochen.
Tasks
- Maintenance and troubleshooting of network component issues
- Installation and replacement in the LAN/IPT area
- Support for service technicians within a 150km radius
- Documented in the ticket system
Qualification
- Completed training in the IT sector desired
- Good knowledge of the network environment (Cisco, LAN, WAN, Switches, Routers)
- Experience with a ticket system desired
- Fluent German and good English skills
- Class B driver's license
