IT Field Support Technician - Temporary Project (1 month)

Do you have experience providing technical support in the field? We're looking for you!

You will be responsible for providing on-site support to retail points of sale for one of our clients. It's a temporary project that lasts 1 month or less.

Location: La Paz, BCS

Schedule: Wide availability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree / Preparatory School / Conalep, TSU, Bachelor's degree / Engineering (junior, intern or graduate)
• To have availability to attend reports on weekends
• To have your own vehicle (support will be provided for vehicle maintenance).
• To have the necessary tools to perform services.
• Availability of schedule
• Availability for out-of-town services.

Mandatory knowledge:

• Experience providing on-site support
• Corrective and preventive maintenance (computer equipment, printers)
• Configuration and installation of CCTV
• Modem configuration
• Retail point repairs
• Basic cable repair
