IT Field Service Support (w/m/d)

Tasks

• On-site support at all 60 locations: You are the first point of contact for employees with IT and technical questions – personally, directly, and solution-oriented (approx. 2/3 of your working time)
• Installation, setup, renovation, and dismantling of cash registers, scales, networks, and office workstations
• Participation in the IT-side implementation of projects, e.g., opening new markets
• Setup and maintenance of video surveillance, alarm systems, and telephone systems
• Selection, procurement, and installation of IT equipment
• Coordination with suppliers and external partners

⚠️ Important beforehand: This is not a home office job or a classic help desk with headset. For about two-thirds of your working time, you will be on site at the branches – Field Service. If you love that, you're in the right place!

Qualification

• Solid IT knowledge and technical understanding of hardware and software
• Handy skills and enjoyment of practical installations
• Experience in installing and maintaining networks and IT systems
• Self-motivated, structured, and solution-oriented working style – you don't wait for instructions, you act
• Open and communicative nature – you are the face of IT in our markets
• Good German language skills (at least C1) as well as basic English knowledge (A2)
• Class B driver's license (required)
• First experience with cash register or inventory management systems is advantageous but not necessary
