IT Field Engineer - South East

£30,000 + Company Van + 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays | Full-Time | Onsite
We're hiring an IT Field Engineer to join a growing technical support team covering multiple client sites across the South East. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role ideal for someone who enjoys variety, autonomy, and working with leading tech brands in both corporate and secure environments.

• Salary: £30,000 per annum
• Benefits: Company van (business use) + fuel card, 25 days holiday + bank holidays, sick pay
• Locations Covered:
  • Colchester - 1 day/week (09:00-17:30)
  • Hastings - 1 day/week (09:00-17:30)
  • The additional 3 days will involve field support across MOD/Police sites
• Security Clearance: SC/NPPV3 (Completed by the Company)
• Interview: Face-to-face required

• Provide onsite support for IT hardware and software including PCs, laptops, printers, AV, and basic server/network tasks.
• Support IMAC projects and maintain accurate records via ITSM tools.
• Assist with AV division tasks and contribute to technical documentation.
• Deliver excellent customer service while representing the company professionally.
• Collaborate with tech bars and support onboarding of new business.

• Certifications: HP & Lenovo certified is ideal.
• Skills: Software savvy, IT literate, strong customer-facing communication
• Requirements:
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Comfortable working at height and performing manual handling
  • Eligible for full UK security clearance
• Presentation: Professional and presentable - branded polo shirts and cargo pants provided
