Description:
Techincal support for hardware and software
Candidate profile:
- Knowledge of hardware, OS, and software - diagnosis and repair;
- Practical experience in configuring, repairing, installing IT equipment such as laptops, desktops, networks, and printers;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating system, Microsoft Office ;
- Availability for on-site work and travel within the country;
- Driving license category B;
- Minimum high school diploma required;
- Knowledge of English (spoken/written).
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose IT equipment and components;
- Configure equipment, hardware, and software;
- Perform maintenance operations for IT equipment;
- Perform installation of components, troubleshooting/debug/diagnosis defects, replacing defective components for PCs/servers, network (switches/routers);
- Provide technical support by phone, email, and on-site ;
- Consult the ticket system and coordinate with the rest of the support team;
- Efficient communication with clients and colleagues.
