Tasks

Maintenance of IT equipment in the production area
3rd Level Support
Examples of devices include production printers, scanners, mobile systems, and hand scanners, as well as their control systems

Qualification

Completed IT training, for example, a degree in computer science (m/w/d) or IT system integration (m/w/d)
Or work experience from a similar activity, such as an IT technician (m/w/d), hardware technician (m/w/d), support technician (m/w/d), etc.
ITIL, Excel, ServiceNow, and network knowledge
Good customer service and participation in service conversations with customers
Good German language skills
