IT Engineer * - Modern IT & Infrastructure

Aufgaben

We are looking for support for our IT team in various areas. You don't have to be an expert in everything, but if you're eager to dive into one or more topics, take responsibility, and help us actively develop the IT further, then you're exactly right.

Modern Workplace

• You'll work on developing our modern endpoint environments (Windows, Mac, iOS). Thanks to Intune, Autopilot, and automated patch management, we operate at a high standard – and you'll help improve it continuously and implement new ideas.

Microsoft 365 Cloud Services

• You'll manage the operation of our Microsoft 365 environment – from routine tasks to advanced security and governance topics. You'll develop existing measures like tenant hardening, conditional access policies, account tiering, PIM, and XDR further and ensure that our cloud environments remain secure, efficient, and future-proof.

Infrastruktur & Virtualisierung

• You'll operate and develop our Hyper-V clusters and Windows Server environments continuously, ensuring safe and up-to-date systems – including patch management and optimizing existing security guidelines. A pending and exciting project is the renewal of our existing Hyper-V cluster, which you can actively participate in.

Backup & Recovery

• You'll work on developing our backup and recovery strategies continuously. Existing concepts will be optimized, resilience and automation will be further developed. A current project is updating a ransomware-secure offline backup and automating regular recovery tests, which you can actively participate in.

Netzwerktechnik

• You'll manage our network environments actively and ensure stable, scalable, and future-proof structures. Existing concepts like network tiering and VLAN structures will be continuously developed further. A current project is expanding the network tiering to all locations, which you can participate in.

Monitoring & Incident Response

• You'll manage and operate our IT infrastructure monitoring further. Existing systems, such as PRTG, will be continuously optimized, ensuring that all relevant assets are covered. You'll build dashboards, improve alerting mechanisms, and develop reporting processes further. Additionally, you'll drive projects to expand monitoring, automate alarm and reporting processes, and introduce a SOC provider.

Qualifikation

• Experience in one or more of the following areas: Modern Workplace, Microsoft 365 Cloud Services, Infrastruktur & Virtualisierung, Backup & Recovery, Netzwerktechnik, Monitoring & Incident Response
  Nice to have: Intune, Autopilot, Jamf, Defender XDR, Veeam, Hyper-V & PRTG
• Completed IT training or equivalent qualification
• Eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Motivation, Projekte aktiv mitzugestalten
