As part of a re-staffing process, we are looking for you as an IT Purchaser (gn) in full-time at our Ludwigshafen am Rhein location with plenty of design freedom, exciting projects, and a strong team behind you. Your focus lies on procuring modern IT solutions from hardware to software to cloud services. Operative procurement & project procurement Request for proposals and comparisons with manufacturers and distributors Deal registrations in manufacturer portals Price negotiations and proposal preparation Order processing over ERP system (Navision), goods receipt and invoice verification Procurement for customer and internal projects (e.g. infrastructure, software, equipment) Strategic procurement & supplier management Building and maintaining relationships with manufacturers and distributors Communication with account managers and partner account managers Preparation and negotiation of bonus agreements Evaluation and selection of strategic suppliers Tender management & sales support Review and pre-qualification of incoming tenders Coordination of internal stakeholders for bid preparation Maintenance of maintenance lists and bid preparation for extensions Communication & coordination Participation in daily team dailies Close coordination with sales, technology, and project management Manufacturer communication for ongoing projects What you bring: A completed commercial or technical education or a degree with a focus on procurement, IT, logistics, or supply chain management Several years of experience in IT procurement or IT-related project environment Fundamental market knowledge in the field of IT products and services Very good negotiation skills and decision-making Safe handling of MS Office, ERP systems (Navision), e-procurement, and contract management tools Negotiation security in German and English Analytical thinking, economic understanding, and decision-making Ideally, certifications like CPSM or IHK-Fachwirt Einkauf & Logistik Communication strength, service orientation, and a confident appearance Interested?
