IT-Einkauf *REMOTE* (m/w/d)

We are looking for an IT Buyer (m/w/d) in behalf of a strongly growing, venture-financed Tech-Start-up. The company supports organizations in streamlining the procurement and management of business tools more efficiently, transparently, and scalable – with strong focus on structured processes, market comparison, and measurable results. International team, high speed, much room for maneuver.

You ensure that IT-related procurement projects are implemented smoothly, on time, and economically. You steer operative procurement processes end-to-end, prioritize renewals and new acquisitions, and achieve optimal conditions through negotiation and market knowledge.

Aufgaben

• Ownership for the daily Intake-to-Procure process: high volume of requests structured processed and implemented on time (Purchases & Renewals).
• Verhandeln with suppliers: prices and contract conditions optimized – supported by internal benchmarks and playbooks.
• Tight cooperation with Tool Owners/Stakeholders on the customer side: prioritization, completeness of documents, clean process management.
• Markt- & Tool-Recherche: comparison values and insights delivered to secure decisions.
• BUILDING pragmatic relationships with Vendor-Sales-Teams to accelerate throughput times and alignments.
• Wissensaufbau im Team: best practices documented, playbooks developed, vendor-insights shared.

Qualifikation

• Mind. 2 Jahre experience in Procurement/Einkauf or a commercial role like Account or Customer Sucess Manger (SaaS-/Tech-nah from an advantage).
• You are hands-on, detail-oriented, and keep the overview even with many parallel topics.
• Negotiation-safe in commercial conversations and confident in handling contract contents.
• Data-affine (Spreadsheets/Tools), structured tracking of pipelines and savings.
• Deutsch: negotiation-safe (C1/C2) – absolutely essential.
• Englisch: fluent (at least B2/C1). Additional languages are a plus.
• Workplace: Remote within Germany (mandatory).
