We are growing – and we're looking for you!

As a modern education provider with a clear focus on practical IT retraining, we accompany motivated newcomers to a secure IT career. At our institution, one doesn't just learn theory, but also genuine practical and professional competence. To achieve this, we rely on eduScrum 2.0 and a hybrid learning model.

Your role: You accompany participants who work together in groups of five people each. Your mission is to enable these teams as Agile Coach and learning guide to become self-sufficient and professionally competent, and to support them.

Tasks

Your tasks

  • Agile Learning Guidance: You moderate events (Planning, Dailies, Retros, etc.) for several teams and foster cross-team collaboration.
  • Fostering Practical Competence: You support the trainees specifically in planning, executing, and controlling IT projects independently.
  • PRACTICAL WORKSHOPS: You conduct practical workshops on IT topics when teams require support for further professional development. Digital Collaboration: You use OpenSource tools to structure learning processes and make progress transparent.

Qualification

Your Profile:

Professional Experience (Must-have):

  • IT Background: At least 2-3 years of experience, for example, as a software developer, system administrator, or in a comparable role.
  • You ideally bring experience from agile work environments (e.g., as Scrum Master) and are certified Scrum Master (PSM I, CSM, etc.).
  • Technical Profile: You have Linux basic knowledge and experience working with collaboration tools (e.g., Openproject, Miro, etc.). Experience with an LMS (e.g., Moodle) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with adult education and secure communication (German-speaking, at least C1 level).
  • High empathy, patience, didactic skills, and the ability to create a positive, error-friendly learning atmosphere.
  • Pedagogy (Optional): A AEVO certificate is welcome – if not available, we will finance your acquisition as part of your development. Mindset: You act as a Servant Leader and enjoy sharing knowledge on an equal footing.
