IT Director

The IT Director will lead the Information Technology function across all markets and brands for the Group. This role is accountable for delivering a secure, scalable, data-driven, and AI-enabled technology ecosystem supporting business growth, digital transformation, retail operations, and enterprise modernization. Job Responsibilities: IT Strategy & Leadership Develop and execute the Group’s IT strategy, aligned with business growth, omnichannel retail expansion, and digital innovation objectives. This includes defining and implementing the Group’s technology vision, developing and managing IT budgets, and ensuring the effective use of technology to drive business outcomes. IT Operations & Management Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT function, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to the business. This includes managing IT infrastructure, networks, and systems, as well as ensuring the security and integrity of the Group’s data. Digital Transformation & Innovation Drive the adoption of digital technologies and innovations across the Group, including the development and implementation of new digital products and services. This includes identifying and prioritizing digital initiatives, developing business cases for digital investments, and ensuring the effective integration of digital technologies into the Group’s operations. Retail Operations & Support Provide IT support and services to the Group’s retail operations, including the development and implementation of retail-specific IT solutions. This includes managing the Group’s retail IT infrastructure, networks, and systems, as well as ensuring the effective use of technology to drive retail business outcomes. Enterprise Modernization & Integration Lead the modernization and integration of the Group’s enterprise systems, including the development and implementation of new enterprise IT solutions. This includes identifying and prioritizing enterprise IT initiatives, developing business cases for enterprise IT investments, and ensuring the effective integration of enterprise IT systems into the Group’s operations. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 10+ years of experience in IT leadership or management. Strong understanding of IT strategy, operations, and innovation. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Certifications: ITIL, PMP, or related certifications.
