• Relevant experience in IT Consultant, IT Analyst, Business Analyst or similar roles.
• Solid knowledge of API integration and data flows between systems.
• Experience in analyzing and optimizing operational processes, preferably in domains such as logistics, delivery, e-commerce.
• Analytical thinking and ability to transform operational needs into functional technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience in managing or understanding IT budgets and focusing on measurable results (ROI).
• A plus is experience using/integrating with Google Maps or other navigation systems.

Optimizing the number of orders per route while maintaining delivery quality.
