IT Desktop Support (m/w/d)
Job description
In this role as Desktop Support (m/w/d), you support employees and executives in technical inquiries and ensure a smooth IT operation in the Workplace environment. You take care of installing, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware and software, as well as providing new devices. Additionally, you support Meeting Room-, AV-/VC- and Telephony-Support and work closely with Infrastructure-, Engineering- and Management Teams together. With your technical knowledge and service-oriented working style, you ensure a professional user support.
