Planning work scope, schedules, and coordinating the activities of project teams and vendors. Estimating development work and supporting the planning process for subsequent project stages. Coordinating functional tests and UAT, and supporting the implementation of new functionalities. Analyzing production incidents and cooperating with the 3rd line of support in solving more complex problems. Managing project communication, monitoring progress, and reporting status to stakeholders. Our requirements: Minimum 5-7 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, IT Project Manager, Business/System Analyst, or in a role combining project management with business-system analysis. Experience in creating a product roadmap. Experience in leading software development projects and collaborating with development teams. Ability to conduct analytical workshops and gather and refine business requirements. Experience in preparing functional and technical documentation. High-level understanding of system architecture. Good knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and practical knowledge of projects executed in the Waterfall model. Practical knowledge of UML, BPMN, and Jira and Confluence tools. Ability to coordinate the work of multiple stakeholders and effective communication between business and technical teams. Experience collaborating with external vendors and coordinating tests and deployments. Higher technical or IT education. English language at C1 level or B2/C1. Readiness to work in a hybrid model (min. 2 days/week office work) - southern Warsaw. What we offer: Employment stability - long-term projects, cooperation with leading companies, opportunities for development in various areas of the IT industry. Flexible forms of cooperation - B2B contract, employment contract, or mandate contract. Benefits: Medicover (extended to include dentistry), FitProfit, English language lessons.
