At inPositiv & cogify, you lead complex delivery and raise the bar in the team.

Your tasks:

• Leading a delivery stream from discovery to stable release.
• Coaching consultants & juniors; working methods and quality further develop.
• Navigating complex stakeholder landscapes; acceptance and go-lives perform.

Your profile:

• 4+ years IT delivery with delivery experience.
• Strong in stakeholder & risk management; clear, sovereign communication.
• German: native language/fluent, English: B2 internal.
• Work permit: CH/EU/EFTA.
