IT & DATA Performance & Governance Analyst Place of work: Warsaw Technologies we use Expected SAP About the project The main purpose of the IT&Data Performance & Governance Analyst is to drive robust governance and performance management across IT & Data operations, with a focus on contract lifecycle, financial control, compliance, and process optimization within Supporting Functions. Your responsibilities Contract Management process Lead the Contract Management team, ensuring adherence to agreements and contracts, as well as monitoring and reporting on contract status. Financial Control process Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Compliance process Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards. Process Optimization process Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction. Your skills and qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., IT, business administration) At least 3 years of experience in IT & Data operations or a related field Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Familiarity with SAP and other enterprise systems Benefits Competitive salary package Comprehensive health insurance package Generous paid time off package Opportunities for professional growth and development
