IT - Customer Success Manager (m/w/d)

Tasks

• You will comprehensively support and accompany customers in the introduction of our ERP software.
• You will understand your customers' processes and translate them into effective software solutions.
• You will be the central point of contact throughout the entire onboarding process.
• You will moderate workshops, analyze requirements, and develop customer-oriented solutions.
• You will recognize optimization potential early on and strengthen customer loyalty through active stakeholder management.
• You will work closely with our sales, development, and support teams.
• You will take responsibility for project goals, milestones, and customer satisfaction.
• You will ensure clear processes with structured communication and digital tools (e.g. SQL, collaboration software).

Qualification

• Completed studies or training in the field of IT, business informatics, communication, project, or customer success management.
• Experience working with ERP systems, IT projects, or software onboarding.
• Customer-oriented thinking with a genuine sense for people and processes.
• Structured, self-responsible work style with project understanding.
• Safe appearance in customer contact, strong in moderation and communication.
• Very good German language skills, good English language skills desirable.
• Techical basic understanding – programming knowledge is not necessary.
