Job description
Design, implement, and maintain the resort's technological infrastructure (hardware, software, networks, servers, phone systems, Wi-Fi, CCTV, etc.).
Manage technology projects aligned with global standards of Auberge.
Ensure information security, regular backups, and compliance with privacy policies.
Oversee external providers and IT service contracts.
Provide technical support to the operational team and coordinate training when necessary.
Conduct internal audits and reports for the general director.
Stay updated on relevant technological trends for the luxury hotel industry.
