Job description
I am seeking an IT-Contracting Recruiter (m/w/d) for a long-standing partner.
Tasks
- You are primarily responsible for acquiring new freelance IT specialists.
- You are in charge of the recruitment process, conducting independent telephone/virtual interviews and negotiations with freelancers.
- You are encouraged to bring your own initiative and try out new approaches to success.
- You work closely with the IT sales team.
- To ensure long-term success, you build a personal network of freelancers over time.
Qualification
- A completed vocational training, study, or comparable qualification.
- Ideal candidate with 2 years of experience in freelance recruitment.
- A dynamic, creative, and humorous working style, as well as team orientation.
