Tasks
Your Task Area
- Fascinating projects at major banks
- Counseling and support for our customers in agile IT projects (Focus Wertpapier)
- Analysis of business processes, identification of optimization potential, and development of solution concepts
- Conceptualization of customer applications (User Stories), planning, and implementation of projects. Integration into project teams at our customers: Project location Frankfurt am Main, 2 days per week on-site at the customer, otherwise remote
Qualification
Your Profile
- At least 2 years of project experience in agile IT Wertpapier projects
- Fundamental knowledge in the Wertpapier sector: You know common securities products (stocks, ETFs, certificates, etc.) and understand the structure of the broker and securities market in Germany – you can relate professional connections and explain them to customers
- Technical interface understanding: You don't have to program yourself, but you can precisely formulate professional requirements, translate them into technical requirements, and communicate with development teams – you know how software is created
- Agile project experience: You have actively worked in agile implementation projects (Scrum, Kanban, etc.), can quickly adapt to new project environments, and work independently without relying on established structures
- Very good German (at least C1 level) and good English skills in both spoken and written form
- Knowledge of digital trends and technologies in the financial sector (e.g. digitization of securities processes, AI applications, regulation) and focus topics such as child and old-age provision deposits
- Degree in economics, business informatics, finance or comparable education
- Outstanding analytical skills, high result orientation, and performance readiness
- Strong communication and presentation skills – on eye level with the IT side
- Team player, customer-oriented, and willing to actively develop the company alongside projects
