Tasks

• You lead practice-oriented training sessions, workshops, and presentations for users and IT personnel – remotely or on-site.
• You advise our customers from introduction to productive use of our software solutions and actively contribute to project success.
• You support the creation of training materials, guidelines, and best practices.
• You work closely with our development team to ensure customer feedback is incorporated into product further development.

Qualification

• Completed education or study in the IT field or comparable qualification.
• Experience in user training, IT consulting, or software introduction desired.
• Passion for explaining complex software solutions and ability to convey complex topics in an understandable manner.
• Strong communication skills, willingness to travel, and joy in direct exchange with customers.
