In large hardware and service framework agreements, the experts accompany public sector customers with detailed and individual consulting from infrastructure conception to hardware implementation and professional long-term support, as well as media-pedagogical and technical training of users.

Aufgaben

• Taking stock of the current situation in customer environments, conducting readiness checks and identifying compatibility risks
• Developing tailored migration concepts (in-place upgrade vs. new installation, cloud vs. on-premise management)
• Planning and adapting necessary infrastructure components (software distribution, server landscape, network requirements)
• Setting up pilot environments, application packaging, and finalizing master images
• Accompanying the operational rollout phase and supporting second-level support in escalations

Qualifikation

• In-depth knowledge of Windows 10/11 and experience in administering Windows Server landscapes in current versions
• Safe handling with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM / SCCM) and/or Microsoft Intune (Modern Management)
• Fundamental knowledge of PowerShell for automating tasks is absolutely required
• Basic understanding of Active Directory, Group Policies (GPO) and network technologies (DHCP, DNS)
• You recognize what needs to be done, structure your work yourself, and keep an overview even in complex project situations
• You enjoy learning about new technologies (e.g. new Intune features) and applying your knowledge
• You can explain technical matters to non-technical people (customers or project leaders)
• You create concepts that work in practice, and you're involved in implementing them yourself

Certifications (Desirable)

• Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
• Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate
• Comparable certifications in the field of cloud or network are a plus.
