Aufgaben

Your role

You are the person who takes over the baton from sales – and then makes sure that a signed contract becomes a successful customer. This means: You accompany projects from process analysis to implementation to go-live. You lead trainings, are proactive with your customers, and bear real responsibility – also for your own revenue. This is not a classical Customer Success role. It's a combination of project management, consulting, and training – every day a little different, always close to the customer.

Your Aufgaben

• You take over new customers after contract signing from sales (via weclapp) and start with a project kick-off meeting: What was sold, what does the customer expect, how does it go on?
• You analyze existing processes at the customer (accounting, contract management, incoming mail etc.), document them, and implement them in Amagno – independently or accompanied
• You coordinate projects: timeline, interfaces to partners (e.g. DATEV, Lexware), alignment with internal and external stakeholders
• You lead Amagno Basic & Advanced Trainings remotely – structured, with training environment, rolling within the team
• You actively support your customers: around 10 per person, proactive health checks, AI feature workshops (Automate & Autopilot), occasional up- and cross-sell impulses
• You set your own invoices based on performance and have your monthly revenue in mind

Qualifikation

• Nachweisbare Erfahrung im ECM/DMS-Umfeld. You know the typical requirements, workflows, and challenges of these systems from practice
• You take action before you analyze. Errors are okay – as long as you learn from them and move forward
• Empathy and customer proximity: You work with CEOs, IT managers, and administration – sometimes all three in one project
• You work independently and bear responsibility for your projects
• Entrepreneurial thinking: You understand that your hours directly relate to the company's success – and want to shape it

Nice to **Have:**‍

• Erfahrung in der Trainings- oder Workshop-Moderation
• Kenntnisse in Projektmanagement-Tools (Miro, Google Docs, weclapp)
• DATEV- oder Lexware-Schnittstellenwissen
• KPI-Erfahrung (Billable Hours, Churn, CSAT o. ä.)
