Aufgaben

Aufgaben und Zuständigkeiten

• Planning and implementation of IT projects from the first idea to handover in operation
• Caring for customer projects remotely, internally, and on-site with regional focus
• Supporting sales with technical concepts and offers
• Conducting IT asset assessments and developing feasible solution concepts
• Implementing customer orders in the by-call business
• Providing IT services in the areas

Microsoft Server- and Client-environments

Virtualization with VMware, Hyper-V, and optionally Proxmox

Networks, IT security, data backup

Cloud- and managed-services

• Creating technical documentation and internal guidelines for quality assurance

Qualifikation

Fachliches Profil

• Completed education in the IT field or comparable qualification
• Multiple years of professional experience in IT customer projects
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Server- and Client-technologies
• Experience with virtualization and network architectures
• Fundamental knowledge of cloud technologies like Microsoft 365
• Safe understanding of IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, WLAN, firewall, and switching technologies
• Experience in leading projects or sub-projects
• Driver's license Class B
• Very good German and English skills
