IT Consultant (m/w/d) Reporting

Tasks

• Development and further development of standard form template concepts, as well as professional coordination with customers
• Verification of detailed tickets on factual plausibility and completeness, as well as prioritization and scheduling for technical implementation
• Monitoring of ticket status in the reporting area in combination with ensuring timely implementation
• Accompaniment and organization of projects, coordination between departments and customers, support during tests and quality assurance
• Carrying out simple development tasks in the reporting field, as well as supporting adjustments and error corrections
• Professional customer support, as well as creating and maintaining documentation (concept documents, process descriptions, user documentation)

Qualification

• You bring a completed degree in computer science, business administration or comparable qualification, or an apprenticeship in the IT or commercial sector with relevant work experience
• Experience in requirements management and reporting is advantageous
• Fundamental knowledge of SQL or similar query language, databases, and ticket systems (e.g. Jira etc.)
• You have a basic understanding of software development processes and have already gained some experience in customer communication
• A structured and analytical working style, strong communication skills, as well as independent work habits complete your profile
