Tasks

• Leadership and coordination of implementation and expansion projects in existing output management
• Main point of contact for customers, internal departments, and software development
• Analysis of technical and functional requirements and translation into executable concepts
• Planning, control, and monitoring of tickets for software colleagues
• Ensuring timely implementation and quality assurance of solutions
• Support during tests, acceptance tests, and commissioning
• Documented processes, requirements, and project results

Qualification

• You bring a completed degree in the field of computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification
• Techical understanding for IT systems, preferably in the context of output management / document management is an advantage
• You have experience with ticket or project management tools (e.g. Jira etc.)
• You convince with communication skills when dealing with customers and internal teams
• A structured, self-reliant, and solution-oriented work style rounds out your profile
