Do you want to actively shape the further development of modern IT landscapes and support our customers in developing effective solutions? Are you confident in the world of modern technologies and enjoy translating functional requirements into viable solution approaches?

As an IT Consultant (m/f/d), you will support our customers in challenging IT projects – from analysis through to the development of solution strategies, coordination, and successful implementation. Together with interdisciplinary teams, you will develop tailor-made approaches and contribute significantly to project success.

Tasks

• You will advise our clients on demanding IT projects and transformation initiatives, including in the Microsoft environment.
• You will gather functional and technical requirements, structure them, and assess their feasibility.
• You will develop suitable solution approaches in close coordination with technical experts.
• You will actively participate in all project phases – from analysis and elaboration to implementation.
• You will moderate workshops and coordination meetings with business departments, IT, and decision-makers.
• You will prepare decision-making bases, proposals, and meaningful presentations.
• You will use modern AI tools to support research, structuring, and elaboration.

Qualifications

• You have a completed university degree (e.g., Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration) or a comparable qualification.
• You have 3 or more years of experience in the IT, project, or digitization environment.
• You work in a structured and independent manner and possess analytical thinking skills.
• You have strong communication and moderation skills.
• You are characterized by a high affinity for IT and a pragmatic, hands-on mentality.
• You have very good German language skills, both written and spoken (minimum C1).

What else makes you stand out

• You bring consulting experience in the Microsoft 365 environment, project management, or digital transformation.
• You have experience in projects with public clients (e.g., eGovernment).
• You participate in tender or procurement processes (e.g., in service descriptions or evaluation criteria).
• You have experience with software evaluations, e.g., in the form of market analyses, evaluation matrices, or proofs of concept.
• You provide support in presales or project calculations.
• You have experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or comparable tools.
