Your Role with Us

You want to actively shape digital transformation and accompany customers in the development of meaningful IT solutions? In the Microsoft world, you feel at ease and enjoy translating technical requirements into feasible concepts?

As a (Intermediate / Senior) IT-Consultant (m/w/d), you will accompany our customers in digitization and Microsoft projects – from analysis to conception and coordination to implementation. Together with interdisciplinary teams, you will develop tailored solutions and actively participate in projects.

Tasks

• Advising our customers within the framework of digitalization and Microsoft projects
• Taking on, structuring, and evaluating technical and professional requirements
• Developing suitable solution approaches in close cooperation with technical teams
• Active participation in all project phases – from analysis to conception to implementation
• Moderating workshops and coordination meetings with departments, IT, and decision-makers
• Creating concepts, offers, and presentations
• Using modern KI tools to support research, structuring, and concept development

Qualification

• Completed studies (e.g. Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration) or equivalent qualification(including Quereinsteiger:innen with relevant work experience are welcome)
• Experience in IT-, project-, or digitalization-related fields
• Structured, self-reliant working style and analytical thinking
• Excellent communication and moderation skills
• High IT affinity and pragmatic hands-on mentality
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking (at least C1)

• Experience in projects with public contract awarders (e.g. eGovernment)
• Participation in procurement or acquisition processes (e.g. performance descriptions, evaluation criteria)
• Experience in software evaluations (market analysis, evaluation matrices, proof of concepts)
• Support in presales or project calculations
• PRACTICAL USE OF KI TOOLS OR KI AGENTS IN THE CONSULTING OR PROJECT CONTEXT
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools
• Consulting experience in the context of Microsoft 365, project management, or digital transformation
