Tasks

• Maintenance and support of existing IT infrastructures of our customers
• Project management, including planning, execution and quality assurance of customer projects
• Implementation of virtualization solutions to optimize IT infrastructure
• Collaboration in the Managed Services team and prospective assumption of product responsibilities
• Support and assistance within the framework of the 3rd Level Service to solve problems and ensure IT operations

Qualification

• Completed training in an IT profession or a degree in computer science
• Relevant professional experience in the administration of networks and infrastructure solutions
• Very good knowledge in the Microsoft environment (Client/Server)
• Goal-oriented and structured way of working
• Communication talent
• High willingness to travel and commitment
• Confident demeanor
• Motivation to familiarize yourself with this area
