IT-Consultant Datenstrategie & Knowledge Graphs (m/w/d)

We are neonto, a young, dynamic Startup, that combines consulting and software development in the field of Daten & KI. Our goal: to support companies strategically and practically in making use of their data. We give data structure, so it can be used sustainably for KI applications and analytics.

Our central tool is Knowledge Graphs - a key technology for KI-Enablement that aims to serve as the Single Source of Truth for all relevant data in the company.

In addition to our consulting, we develop our own tools: an All-In-One Knowledge Graph Editor and the only interactive Knowledge Graph Academy on the market.

Aufgaben

• Mitarbeit in nationalen und internationalen Kundenprojekten im Bereich Daten & KI
• Aufbau und Planung von Daten- & Technologiestrategien für Unternehmen
• Entwicklung von Knowledge Graphs auf Basis offener Standards (RDF, SPARQL, SHACL, OWL)
• Entwicklung von maschinenlesbaren Datenmodellen (Ontologien, Taxonomien)
• Umsetzung von Proof of Concepts (PoCs)
• Entwicklung von Ansätzen für neurosymbolische KI (LLMs + Graph Reasoning)
• Mitgestaltung unseres neonto-Toolstacks und der Knowledge-Graph-Applikationslandschaft

Qualifikation

• Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
• Eine (bald) abgeschlossenes MINT-Masterstudium (z. B. Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, Physik)
• Erste Arbeitserfahrungen (Full-Time, Werksstudent*in, Praktikum, …)
• Grundlegendes Verständnis für Datenmodelle und Interesse an Datenstrategie, Datenqualität und der strukturierten Aufbereitung von Daten
• Sicherer Umgang mit Office-Tools (insb. PowerPoint)
• Tiefgreifende Programmierkenntnisse in mindestens einer Programmiersprache (z. B. Python, JavaScript oder TypeScript) sowie sicherer Umgang mit Git und SQL
• Idealerweise: Erfahrung mit Containerisierung (Kubernetes, Cloud, Docker)
• Schnelle Lernfähigkeit, Lust auf neue Aufgaben und lösungsorientiertes Denken
• 0-30% Reisetätigkeit (je nach Projekt)
