IT-Consultant Customer Solutions (m/w/d)

We are a globally operating software company from Herford and develop and distribute software solutions for the furniture and interior construction industry. From mobile applications for sales to controlling production machines, we offer the industry a comprehensive solution. You will work in a project team and support our key account customers in introducing our online applications. A special focus lies on web-based product configurators as well as planning tools and solutions for the furniture and interior construction industry. Your tasks will include analyzing customer requirements, developing and implementing customized solutions, and providing training and support to our customers. You will also be responsible for maintaining and updating existing solutions, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to the development of new products and services. In addition, you will work closely with our sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities. Your expertise in web-based product configurators and planning tools is essential for this role. You should have experience in developing and implementing customized software solutions for the furniture and interior construction industry. A degree in computer science or a related field is required. Proficiency in German and English is necessary.
