IT Consultant & Business Analyst (m/f/d)

As an IT Project Manager or Technical Business Analyst, you will form the bridge between the business department and IT. You will analyze processes, develop requirements together with our clients, and support their realization from the initial idea to successful technical implementation.

Responsibilities

• You will independently advise, design, and manage classic & agile IT projects for our clients – from the initial idea to successful implementation
• Capturing, analyzing, and managing requirements are among your core tasks, as is coordination with business departments and development
• You will actively support the optimization and further development of IT systems and processes
• You will maintain a partnership-based collaboration & open communication with our clients

Qualifications

• Professional experience in the conception, implementation, and management of IT projects
• You bring both technical skills as well as analytical thinking and methodological experience in IT project management or business analysis
• You have basic knowledge of software development, programming, and databases
• Experience in the banking & insurance sectors is an advantage
• You are structured, work independently, and value open communication with clients and colleagues equally
• Fluent German language skills (min. C1)
