IT Consultant & Business Analyst (m/f/d)

As an IT Project Manager or Technical Business Analyst, you form the bridge between the business departments and IT. You analyze processes, develop requirements together with our clients, and accompany their realization from the first idea to successful technical implementation.

Responsibilities

• You independently advise, design, and manage classic & agile IT projects for our clients – from the initial idea to successful implementation
• Gathering, analyzing, and managing requirements are your core tasks, as is coordination with business departments and development
• You actively support the optimization and further development of IT systems and processes
• You maintain a partnership-based collaboration & open communication with our clients

Qualifications

• Professional experience in the conception, implementation, and management of IT projects
• You possess both technical skills and analytical thinking and methodological experience in IT project management or business analysis
• You have basic knowledge in software development, programming, and databases
• Experience in the banking & insurance sectors is an advantage
• You are structured, work independently, and appreciate open communication with clients and colleagues equally
• Fluent German language skills (min. C1)
