IT-Compliance Manager (m/w/d)

As the largest network operator in the fuel retail and mobility sector, WEAT is active throughout Europe and has established itself as a specialist in network operation and automation in the fuel retail sector. It also offers services for electromobility.

On our own systems, over 450 million card transactions are authorized and submitted to banks and card issuers annually.

To strengthen our team at the heart of Düsseldorf, we are looking for a
IT-Compliance Manager (m/w/d).

Facts:

Location: Düsseldorf (city center) & up to 60% home office
Type of employment: Unrestricted full-time employment (40 hours/week)
Start date: Immediately

Tasks

• Monitoring of requirements imposed on us
• Implementation of compliance requirements on our IT landscape, processes, and documentation
• Maintenance of our written regulations
• Planning and implementation of audits
• Steering and cooperation with internal auditing
• Planning and implementation of compliance training

Qualification

• Completed degree in economics or law
• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in the field of compliance
• Reliable, independent, and analytical working style
• Desirable are comprehensive knowledge of IT compliance and regulatory requirements (e.g. DORA, NIS-2 or ISO 27001) as well as a good understanding of national standards such as PCI-DSS
• Very good German and good English skills.
