IT Co-Founder/CTO

We are currently looking for an IT Co-Founder / CTO for peeps.

peeps is an app against loneliness, which connects young people in real life. Users can discover events, create their own gatherings and find new friends through shared interests.

Tasks

• About 25-30 hours per week time commitment
• 100% Ownership for the technical implementation
• Further development of app + startup

Qualification

• Interest in startups and topics like Mental Health, Loneliness, Social Anxiety & Community
• About 3 years of experience in Full-Stack Development
• A good sense and eye for design is beneficial
• First experiences with Firebase + Stripe are necessary (or a strong willingness to learn)
• Good knowledge of Flutter (Dart), TypeScript, and Python is advantageous
• Openness to AI-Driven Agentive Coding
• A reliable and structured work style
• Pleasure in teamwork
• Location: Greater Würzburg area +/- 1 hour travel time (for coworking in person and for events)
