Vos missions

• Participate in the definition and implementation of change management standards within a dedicated team of experts
• Apply a structured methodology and guide change activities
• Ensure permanent alignment of project sponsors, set up necessary actions as needed
• Evaluate the impact of change on stakeholders, accompany, mobilize, obtain engagement, act as a coach
• Support, organize, and initiate communication activities that help appropriation of change and limit resistances
• Define with experts plans for training that facilitate change implementation, formalize requirements for training typology and required supports (face-to-face, distance, step-by-step, documents required, ...) and follow up on implementation
• Resolve conflicts within teams or between teams
• Continuously improve existing strategies and processes
• Create performance measures and analyses to visualize change progress

Votre profil

• You possess a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in change management (principles, methodologies, and tools)
• You have experience in change management within the context of IT projects.
• You possess a certification in change management (CCMP, PROSCI, ...)
• You speak French and are comfortable in English
• You are a graduate of a higher education institution (University, EPF, ...)

• You are able to communicate with internal and external stakeholders, and notably maintain a trusting atmosphere, listen to their needs, and respond as best possible by adapting your message to the interlocutor
