IT Business Partner - Logistics & Distribution

Job Description Key Responsibilities Regional Business Partner for Logistics & Distribution teams, responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization. This includes but is not limited to: Providing IT support and guidance to end-users, identifying and resolving technical issues, and ensuring timely resolution of incidents. Collaborate with various departments such as Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance to ensure seamless integration of IT solutions. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of business processes and requirements, and leverage this knowledge to drive the adoption of technology solutions that meet business needs. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes that increase efficiency and reduce costs. Provide training and support to end-users on new technologies and systems. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to identify potential solutions that can benefit the organization. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network components. Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Provide technical guidance and support to other teams within the organization. Participate in project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery of projects and initiatives. Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with stakeholders across the organization. Key Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field. 3+ years of experience in IT Business Partner role or similar. Strong understanding of business processes and requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
