Pentru unul dintre clientii nostri din industria bancara, recrutam Business Analyst care sa ajute la o buna aliniere in proiectele curente, dar si cele ce vor fi dezvoltate de la zero.

Requirements:

Experienta banking (fie echipa interna din banca, fie echipa de servicii software care a dezvoltat proiecte pentru banci/asigurari).
Cel putin 2 ani de experienta ca Business Analyst, cu implicare in proiecte IT complexe, de dezvoltare, din aria de operatiuni.
Cunostinte MS Office, MS Visio, Jira si Confluence, Agile.
Capacitatea de a comunica in limbaj atat business, cat si IT.
Persoana proactiva, cu spirit de initiativa, care stie sa lucreze eficient in echipa.
Absolvent(a) de studii superioare, preferabil in domeniul financiar-bancar sau IT.
Limba engleza la un nivel mediu-avansat (avem colegi si din alte tari).

Job Description

Responsibilities:

Define functional specifications: You will be responsible for creating requirements for projects that involve developments in information systems, ensuring that everything is clear and well understood by the entire team.
Work closely with application owners, IT teams, and external suppliers to find the best implementation solutions, delivering successful projects.
You are a Scrum team member: Document requirements in the form of epics and user stories, using decomposition techniques to make everything easier to implement and clearer for the entire team.
Ensure that backlog items are visible and clear, leading product backlog refinement sessions to prioritize and clarify tasks.
Work closely with the Product Owner, representing them in Scrum teams and ensuring that requirements align with business objectives.

Working Conditions:

First 3 months: office activity (Bucharest).
After the probation period: 3 days/week office activity.
21-25 days of leave, depending on work experience.
