IT Business Analyst

• experience working with ERP systems as an IT Business Analyst or Functional Analyst
• experience in analyzing and modeling business processes in procurement, warehouse/logistics, retail, and marketing
• gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements
• coordination of requirements, testing, and UAT with users and vendor

• knowledge of the Charisma ERP system
• experience working across multiple business areas and system integrations
• experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence
• relevant certifications (CCBA, CBAP)

• Analyze, document, and optimize business processes across procurement, warehouse/logistics, retail, and marketing.
• Gather, clarify, and document business and functional requirements, ensuring proper understanding by technical teams.
• Coordinate solution implementation with external IT vendors and maintain continuous communication with business users.
• Support users in defining test scenarios, and coordinate testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
• Monitor project progress, track deliverables, and validate implemented solutions.
• Identify improvement opportunities for existing systems and processes based on feedback and data analysis.
