IT Business Analyst- Payment Systems (Banking) - Singapore

As an IT Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the Regional Payment System, a key platform that processes domestic payments for corporate customers across Asia. You will ensure timely delivery of high-quality system solutions by collaborating with business units, managing requirements, and supporting production incidents. What You’ll Do and How You’ll Succeed Requirements Analysis & Definition Conduct requirements analysis and collaborate with business units to elicit a clear understanding of the business needs and translate them into functional and non-functional requirements for IT systems. This includes gathering and documenting business requirements through interviews, workshops, and surveys, as well as developing use cases and user stories. Solution Design & Development Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop solutions that meet business needs and technical requirements. This includes working closely with developers, testers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the solution is aligned with the business objectives and meets the functional and non-functional requirements. Production Incident Support Provide timely support for production incidents by collaborating with the incident management team to identify root causes, develop corrective actions, and implement solutions to prevent future occurrences. This includes working closely with developers, testers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the solution is aligned with the business objectives and meets the functional and non-functional requirements.
