Job description
- Responsibility for re-conceptualizing and digitalizing our end-to-end business processes
- Supporting the continuous development of our company through systematic gathering and improvement of current workflows
- Design of processes for new strategic business models based on best practices and requirements from the departments
- Identification of relevant process key figures to measure the success of optimization efforts
- Participation in selecting IT solutions by identifying, analyzing, and specifying professional requirements
- Presentation of decision-making documents for top management including business case considerations
- Closely working together with our business process owners from the departments
- Supporting innovative projects
- Planning and participating in company-wide training sessions on process management and/or business analysis
