Responsibility for the re-conception and digitalization of our end-to-end business processes. Support for the continuous development of our company through systematic gathering and improvement of current workflows. Design of processes for new strategic business initiatives. Analysis and optimization of existing processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Development of IT solutions to support business goals. Implementation of process improvements in collaboration with stakeholders. Identification and mitigation of risks associated with changes in business processes. Collaboration with the business units to understand their needs and develop tailored IT solutions. Support for the development of a data-driven culture within the company. Analysis and interpretation of data to inform business decisions. Development of reports and dashboards to visualize key performance indicators.
