We are looking for you to join our partner company in Munich as an „IT Businessanalyst (m/w/d)“.

Tasks

• As a Business Analyst (m/w/d), you will shape the development of digital applications and business processes actively with
• You analyze professional requirements, identify optimization potential, and develop sustainable solution approaches
• You accompany the introduction of new functions and support the continuous improvement of existing systems and processes
• In close cooperation with departments and IT, you promote a successful and efficient implementation of projects
• You evaluate change needs, create decision-making bases, and support the further development of customer-oriented solutions
• You contribute to ensuring high process and service quality and support achieving the defined project and company goals

Qualification

• You hold a successfully completed degree in business administration, computer science, economics or a comparable qualification, e.g. a commercial training with IT or process management reference
• If desired, you bring experience as a Business Analyst with
• You also possess fundamental SQL knowledge and practical experience in the CRM environment
• In addition, you are characterized by an analytical, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• Your profile is rounded off by a high degree of self-responsibility and team ability
• Fluent German language skills in writing and speaking as well as knowledge of MS Office, Atlassian Tools complete your profile
