IT Business Analyst (m/f/d)

As an IT Business Analyst, you are the central interface between our business units and IT. You analyze processes, gather requirements, and develop solutions together with the stakeholders that really work in everyday life.

Tasks

• As the central point of contact, you advise our business units and support them in concretizing their requirements and needs
• Together with the business units, you analyze business processes, identify optimization potentials, and develop suitable IT solutions
• You translate functional requirements into structured IT requirements, thereby creating the basis for successful implementation
• You take responsibility in national and international projects – from conception through implementation and testing to rollout
• In demand management, you evaluate and coordinate new requirements and align them with the relevant IT departments within the Bell Food Group
• For new solutions and systems, you support selection, feasibility, and implementation, working closely with internal and external service providers

Qualifications

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship or a degree in computer science, business informatics, business administration, or a comparable qualification
• Ideally, you have several years of professional experience as an IT Business Analyst, Business Analyst, IT Consultant, Application Manager, or in a comparable interface function
• Requirements engineering and process analysis are part of your experience, and you can structure business requirements and translate them into IT solutions
• Project work is familiar to you: You have already supported or independently managed IT projects and have a good understanding of the different project phases
• You communicate confidently with various stakeholders and can mediate between business units, IT, key users, and external partners
• Analytical thinking and a strong understanding of processes characterize you, as does a structured and self-responsible way of working
• You have very good German skills; good English skills and enjoyment of collaboration in an international environment are an advantage
