For the team at the location in the Düsseldorf metropolitan region, we are looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst / ERP Specialist (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Interface & Conception: As a link between IT and the business departments, you analyze existing processes, gather requirements, and translate them into clear, future-proof IT concepts.
• Holistic Project Support: You support IT projects from A to Z – from initial planning through specification and testing to successful rollout.
• ERP System Landscape (ERP Specialist): You actively support the optimization, further development, and migration of the international ERP system landscape (e.g., Oracle E-Business Suite, IFS, or SAP).
• Process Optimization in the Value Chain: You identify potential for improvement in manufacturing-related environments (manufacturing processes, production planning, system control) and develop practical solutions together with the teams.
• Data Protection & Compliance: You ensure that important regulations such as SOX, GDPR, and international compliance guidelines are considered and adhered to in all project phases.

Qualifications

• Education & Experience: Completed degree in Business Informatics / IT or a comparable qualification (a degree is not a MUST) / initial professional experience, and at least 3 years of professional experience as an IT Business Analyst
• ERP & Process Understanding: Very good understanding of complex ERP systems (Oracle E-Business Suite, IFS, or SAP) and digital business processes – ideally in the manufacturing industry and supply chain
• Work Style & Personality: Analytical thinking, structured work approach, and strong communication skills. You like to think outside the box, quickly understand complex correlations, and develop sharp solutions.
• Methods & Trends: You are passionate about agile methods, modern technologies, and digital trends.
• Language Skills: Fluent German and English in spoken and written form are mandatory.
• Technical Plus: Knowledge of SQL and initial experience with AI technologies.
