IT Business Analyst (E-commerce)

Key responsibilities include: • Gathering and analyzing requirements for e-commerce projects • Collaborating with technical teams to ensure successful implementation of e-commerce solutions • Providing application support and ensuring system stability • Contributing to UI/UX enhancements for e-commerce platforms • Developing and maintaining documentation for e-commerce solutions • Participating in project meetings and providing status updates • Identifying and mitigating risks and issues related to e-commerce projects. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration, and at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
