Aufgaben

• You are the bridge between departments and IT – You understand the requirements and translate them into IT solutions
• Identification of automation potential and digitalization of processes along entire value chains
• Analyse, conception and optimization of business processes
• Leadership or participation in the development and implementation of new software solutions for digital transformation
• Planning, steering and monitoring of IT projects, etc. based on ERP and subsystems
• Preparation of process documentation and user concepts

Qualifikation

• SUCCESSFUL completion of a degree (e.g. Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration with IT focus) or equivalent qualification
• Understanding of ERP relationships (Finance, Procurement, Production, Logistics, etc.) and experience in analyzing and modeling business processes
• Numerous experience in implementing systems and processes
• Experience with automation solutions (e.g. Power Platform, Workflows, Interfaces, Low-Code Programming)
• Analytical thinking, structured working style, and excellent communication skills
• Eigeninitiative, solution-oriented and implementation-strong, as well as
• Pleasure in actively shaping changes
• Travel readiness (approx. 10-20%)
