Tasks

• System Support: The technical maintenance, functionality, and smooth operation of the central HR software landscape and all affiliated personnel systems are your responsibility.
• Digitalization of HR Processes: In close coordination with the HR department, you will analyze existing processes and implement them into modern, digital workflows and system structures.
• Future-Oriented Modernization: You will actively support the technological change of HR systems – from classic on-premise models to forward-looking cloud and mobile solutions.
• Interfaces & Customizations: Designing, supporting, and optimizing tailor-made programming, interfaces to external systems, and useful add-ons in the personnel environment are part of your daily work.
• Partner Management: You will coordinate external IT service providers to ensure a smooth transfer of know-how during projects.
• Project Responsibility: Leading or contributing technically to (partial) projects for the standardization and optimization of the internal system landscape completes your range of tasks.

Qualification

• Education: A completed degree (e.g., Business Informatics, Business Administration) or a commercial-technical apprenticeship with relevant, several years of professional experience in IT forms your foundation.
• Technical Basis: You bring sound experience in the support, configuration, or key user interface of ERP modules from the personnel area (HR / HCM).
• Additional Knowledge as a Plus: Initial contact with cloud structures, modern database technologies, or HR cloud software is a clear advantage.
• Work Style: Your work style is characterized by independence, solution orientation, and a strong service mentality for internal specialist departments.
• Communication: Very good German skills in spoken and written form, as well as team spirit and a desire for continuous professional development, distinguish you.
