IT Consultant for Atlassian Solutions (m/f/d) Full-time

As an IT Consultant for Atlassian Solutions (m/f/d), you will accompany our customers hands-on on their way into the digital future.

Responsibilities

• You will advise our customers on the development, expansion, and configuration of Atlassian products such as Jira, Jira Service Management, and Confluence.
• When making architecture, tool, and add-on decisions, you will evaluate different solution options and advise our customers.
• You will optimize existing customer solutions precisely and continuously and provide long-term support for them.
• You will be the first point of contact for our customers in pre-sales meetings, workshops, and technical evaluations.
• This includes analyzing customer-specific requirements and creating tailor-made solution and authorization concepts as well as initial prototypes based on Atlassian tools.
• You will share your expertise in workshops, webinars, and training sessions and empower users in handling Atlassian products.
• To this end, you will create training materials, training content, and knowledge documentation.
• You will actively contribute to the further development of our internal service portfolio and introduce new product and solution approaches.

Qualifications

• You have 3-4 years of practical experience with Atlassian products such as Jira, Jira Service Management, and Confluence.
• You are confident in the Atlassian world and have in-depth experience in administration, customization, and implementing customer-specific solutions.
• You have the ability to quickly understand technical requirements and translate them into powerful solution architectures.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills as well as structured, independent work are among your strengths.
• You have a confident demeanor in customer communication and enjoy workshops, training, and technical consulting.
• Your high level of commitment, strong self-motivation, and the aspiration to drive projects forward at an above-average level characterize you.
• Ideally, you have experience with integrations, automations, and relevant Atlassian add-ons.
• You have a very strong service orientation and team spirit, as well as the ability to communicate complex topics comprehensibly.
• Occasional travel for workshops and customer appointments is not a problem for you.
• You have very good German language skills (at least C1 level) and good English skills, both spoken and written.
