As IT Consultant for Atlassian Solutions (m/w/d), you accompany our customers hands-on on their way into the digital future.

Tasks

• You advise our customers on the development, expansion, and configuration of Atlassian products such as Jira, Jira Service Management, and Confluence.
• In architecture, tool, and add-on decisions, you evaluate various solution options and advise our customers.
• You optimize existing customer solutions precisely and continuously, and support them long-term.
• You are the first point of contact for our customers at pre-sales meetings, workshops, and technical evaluations.
• You analyze specific customer requirements and create tailored solution and authorization concepts and initial prototypes based on Atlassian tools.
• You share your expertise in workshops, webinars, and training sessions and enable users to work with Atlassian products.
• You create training materials, documentation, and knowledge documents.
• You actively contribute to the development of our internal performance portfolio and bring in new product and solution approaches.

Qualification

• You have 3-4 years of practical experience working with Atlassian products such as Jira, Jira Service Management, and Confluence.
• You are familiar with the Atlassian world and bring fundamental experience in administration, customization, and implementing specific customer solutions.
• You have the ability to quickly grasp technical requirements and translate them into high-performance solution architectures.
• You possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills as well as structured, independent work habits.
• You have a confident demeanor in customer communication and enjoy workshops, training sessions, and professional consulting.
• Your high performance readiness, strong self-motivation, and the expectation to drive projects at an above-average level set you apart.
• Ideal candidates bring experience with integrations, automations, and relevant Atlassian add-ons.
• You possess a strongly developed service orientation and team skills as well as the ability to explain complex topics in a comprehensible manner.
• Sporadic travel to workshops and customer meetings is no problem for you.
• You have very good German language skills (at least C1 level) and good English language skills in writing and speaking.
